Towncare Dental Partnership, Inc.
(Miami, FL): Responsible for the design,
development, and implementation of an enterprise data warehousing solution;
design work includes logical and physical relational data model as well as
multidimensional data model. Client owns
and operates more than 25 dental practices in the south Florida area. Analytical paths were developed within and
between their practice management system, financial system, and payroll data;
analytical areas include utilization, revenue, AR, AP, and GL. Relational store developed with MS SQL Server
2000; multidimensional store (OLAP cubes) developed with MS Analysis Services
2000. DTS and T-SQL utilized extensively
for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Synthelogic, Inc. (Miami, FL): Designed and implemented add-on
modules for an existing call center CRM application. Added dynamic customer service representative
scripting, integrated transparent outgoing document management, and
automatically scheduled follow-up task assignment. System developed with Microsoft tools (IIS w/
ASP, Visual Basic w/ COM+, and SQL Server 2000). Implemented a web-based reporting solution for
a leading provider of security and asset-management systems; system built with
Microsoft tools and Crystal Enterprise. Performed
MS SQL Server DBA role and system administration role for Windows 2000/XP development
environment.

Designed and developed an order-entry / customer service system to
provide in- and out-bound sales and service for BellSouth: built a COM based
object hierarchy (MS Visual Basic, MS Visual C++ and Borland C++ Builder) to
obtain, organize, and expose dynamic data describing products, services, and
the rules that determine their availability and visual presentation; Integrated
with BellSouth systems using an existing HTTP socket-based vendor negotiation
system. On team responsible for the
design and development of the presentation layer, a Visual Basic application
with custom OCX controls.
